This policy explains what personal data IQRend SAS (Paris, France) processes, why, and what rights you have under the GDPR.

2. Data we collect
Account data from our sign-in provider (email address, display name); the property figures and notes you submit for analysis; technical logs (IP address, browser type) kept for security and reliability.
3. Why we process it
To provide the analytics service you request (performance of a contract), to secure and monitor the platform (legitimate interest), and to comply with legal obligations.
4. AI processing
To generate investment commentary, the figures of an analysis are sent to our AI provider, which may process them outside the EU under appropriate safeguards. Only the figures needed for the analysis are sent.
5. Hosting and processors
Application data is hosted on servers in the European Union. We use a small number of processors for hosting, authentication, and AI generation.
6. Retention
Account and analysis data are kept while your account is active and deleted upon account closure. Technical logs are kept for a limited period.
7. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or portability of your data, or object to processing, at any time via contact@rendiq.io. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
8. Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted, and authentication is delegated to a dedicated identity provider.
9. Changes
We will announce material changes to this policy on this page.
